To register to vote in Utah, you must:

• be a citizen of the United States of America
• have resided in Utah for 30 days immediately before the next election
• be at least 18 years old on or before the next election

Registration is simple. Just get a mail-in voter registration form from your:

• post office
• driver's license registration
• white or yellow pages telephone directories
• county clerk
• online as a downloadable .PDF file. To view the online registration form, you first must have downloaded and installed a free Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Lieutenant Governor's Office (801) 538-1041.

Complete the form according to the easy-to-follow instructions. Then, mail the form to your county clerk at least 20 days before the election in which you plan to vote. This day is listed on our Events calendar.
