The 2013 Inauguration took place at the Utah State Capitol on Monday, January 7th 2013 at 11AM with Governor Gary R. Herbert and other State elected officials taking the Oath of Office. The ceremony included Governor Gary R. Herbert's inaugural address, the National Guard 19-gun salute and flyover, and performances by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, One Voice Children's Choir, and the Utah National Guard 23rd Army Band.
