(See full KUED Election Policy) Candidates are invited to participate in debates
based on criteria including (but not limited to) a showing
of at least 5% voter preference in a public opinion survey
commissioned and published by an unaligned, nonpartisan public
entity such as a radio or television station or daily newspaper.
Such surveys must be administered consistent with established
scientific sampling criteria, including minimum numbers of
respondents.
