Scott Howell

For a decade (1991-2001), Scott served as a Utah State Senator - eight years as the Senate Minority Leader - and in doing so established a reputation for being an effective voice in government. In the private sector, Scott has worked as an IBM executive for 34 years, and spent the last five as the Policy Director for public sector sales throughout the U.S. and in other countries. There, he negotiated sensible policies to produce economic growth thus helping citizens both locally and nationally, through job creation, as well as utilizing technology's ability to transform societies.
