Please fill out the form below as accurately as you're able.  We will will require an email address or phone number to contact you if it is necessary to verify that the information you submit is correct.

Attacks on opponents are discouraged and will not be published.  The aim of VoteUtah.org is to provide a platform for candidates to discuss their own political goals and personal ideologies.

If you're wondering where we collected the information that you see on this site the majority came from the Utah Liutenent Governor.  Photographs and biographical information was gathered from the campaigner's websites and is authentic to the best of our knowledge.
